Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your personal data from Astrokun at any time. This page explains how. See also our Privacy Policy for more on what information we collect and how we handle it.

1. How to Request Deletion

The fastest way is directly in the app:

  • Open the Astrokun app and log in to your account.
  • Tap Support — available in the chat sidebar, the mobile bottom navigation bar, or on your Profile page under “Contact Support”.
  • Select “Delete My Data” as the topic, and briefly describe your request in the message box.
  • Submit the form. Please use your registered account email so we can verify it’s really you.

Prefer email? Send a request from your registered email address to support@astrokun.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, or use our Contact Us page. Either route reaches the same support team.

2. Review Timeline

We review every request within 24 hours. Once we’ve verified the request came from you, we proceed to delete your data as described below.

3. What Gets Deleted

Once verified, we delete:

  • your account and profile information, including your name, email, and login credentials;
  • your birth details and language preference, if you shared them;
  • your conversation history with astrologers on the Service; and
  • other account records tied to you, such as referral and support history.

4. What We May Retain

As explained in our Privacy Policy, we may retain certain information where required by law — for example, payment records needed for tax or accounting purposes — or as needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Where this applies, we retain only what is necessary and for no longer than required.

5. After Deletion

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — once complete, we cannot recover your account, conversation history, or birth details. You’re welcome to create a new Astrokun account at any time afterward; it will start fresh, with none of your previous data attached.
